Photo Effects 1.1. It is an excellent example of packaged effects software. This was a free magazine cover mounted piece of software that demonstrates how easy it is to give your pictures a
little 'extra'. Or just use as a background to liven up your pages. Whilst you can generate these effects with most decent graphics packages yourself, unless you are pro user of Photoshop
etc.. they will take time so why bother when a couple of minutes will produce similar results. |
