Another bit of software from 'Professor Franklin' , Photo Artist. The emphasis here is artistic impressions. It is an excellent example of packaged effects software. Again this was a free magazine cover mounted peice of software (so its not the latest version) that demonstrates how easy it is to give your pictures a little 'extra'. Or just use as a background to liven up your pages by floating them left and right to break up expanses of text etc...
